Apparently not. From the City of Evanston email communication "Evanston e-news":
"Help Evanston get Bicycle Friendly Community status:The City recently re-applied for Bicycle Friendly Community status from the League of American Bicyclists.
The League is seeking community input to gain a better understanding of
local bicyclists’ experiences in Evanston. Please take a minute to
complete this brief survey." 🚴 The survey is very insightful, worth your time to complete.
